MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of Wine, Dimes & Dough is to empower, inform, inspire and energize women to self and social change.  Wine, Dimes, & Dough promotes a supportive, safe and uplifting environment, through peer directed and operated services, advocacy, economic development and sisterhood.

WHO IS WINE, DIMES & DOUGH? 

Wine, Dimes & Dough is a non-profit organization whose main focus is the self empowerment and economic development of women. Through social gatherings and peer mentorship we strive to inspire women to seek self and social change.  The ultimate goal of Wine, Dime & Dough is to build a dynamic organization that follows the feel and comfort level of a “Girls’ Night In” while simultaneously accomplishing the goals similar to a corporate “take-over”.  Knowledge and power via sisterhood.

We aim to create a “holistic atmosphere” where women have a voice, POWER and a platform to showcase their "Filet Mignon Factor".

What is the “Filet Mignon Factor"? No, it’s not the ability to pick out a great cut of meat in the grocery store.  The "Filet Mignon Factor" is that special something that the women of WD&D possess.  We also want to attract that woman who has yet to realize what her "Filet Mignon Factor" is.  Through peer mentorship, alliances and business development we will be able to find the diamonds in the rough. Wine, Dimes & Dough is symbolic for the following;

"Wine" - represents the celebration and festivities found in Sisterhood, Fellowship, Alliances and Peer Support

"Dimes" - represents the true beauty and power of women from the inside out.

"Dough" - represents the focus on taking power over our economic and business influence in this world.  This will create a better future for ourselves and the futures of our families
